I just traded into a 76 Pacer D/L with 123.000 on it and Im impressed. Not my first AMC product but the first one in a while. The lead player in my band tried to talk me out of it for his daughters first car but it deserves better. Besides- once that sure grip kicks in she would be in the ditch, and outside of some rattle canning at the back of the drivers door its perfect. Everything works, even the factory 8 track. A few small tears in the drivers side seat insert, its the basket weave option. Crome is peeling on the rear bumper but its straight. Fresh brakes, shocks, trans and battery. The one barrel holds it back but it still pegs the needle and corners suprisingly well. I would like to see it go to a good home and see no reason for it not to be able to drive from here to there when it goes. Ive got snow tires if so desired and extra plain wheels if you want to save back the factory mags, which have fresh rubber on them. So make me an offer somewhere close to 2 grand and fly into Spokane Washington and drive it home. I live near there in northern Idaho. Its salmon red with red trim and red gut. I will get some pics up real soon - thanks for reading about in my latest new toy.
